Warner Records has promoted Miles Gersh to Executive Vice President of A&R, after spending the past six years building the label\u2019s artist roster.<\/p>\n
Gersh, who joined the company in 2019, is best known for working with country artist Zach Bryan. Prior to his promotion, he served<\/a> as VP, A&R for Warner Records since 2022.<\/p>\n He will continue reporting to Warner Records Group CEO & Co-Chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck<\/strong> and work alongside EVP and Head of A&R Karen Kwak <\/b>and Gregg Nadel<\/b>, President of A&R for the Warner Records Group.
