revenues.<\/p>\n<p>For the fourth quarter of 2025 (ended December 31), SM recorded consolidated revenue of KRW 319 billion (USD $219.4m), up <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>16.6%<\/strong> <\/span>year over year, alongside operating profit of KRW 54.6 billion ($37.6m) \u2013 a <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>62.2%<\/strong><\/span> increase on the <a businesses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Improved performance at key subsidiaries, including SM C&amp;C and SM Japan, as well as the consolidation of DearU, also contributed to consolidated earnings growth.<\/p>\n<p>Concert earnings leapt <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>53.6% YoY<\/strong><\/span> to KRW 34.5 billion (<strong>$23.8m<\/strong>), while revenues generated by SM&#8217;s Merchandising\/Licensing division soared <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>50.6% YoY<\/strong><\/span> to KRW 78.1 billion (<strong>$53.8m).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>However, revenue in SM&#8217;s Physical Album\/Digital Music segment dipped<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> 22.8% YoY<\/strong><\/span> to KRW 64.8 billion ($44.6m), as new album sales slid from 3.67 million to 2.72 million.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<figure class=\"mbw-articlepic mbw-articlepic--center\"><a
