Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) and UK-based indie label and publisher NWS Music Group have signed songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Zach Nahome to an exclusive worldwide music publishing agreement.<\/p>\n

Nahome, who was named Producer of the Year at MBW’s 2025 Music Business UK Awards<\/a> \u2013 voted for by a panel of senior industry figures \u2013 was the executive producer of Olivia Dean\u2019s sophomore release The Art of Loving<\/em>, producing, writing, or co-writing the majority of the album\u2019s tracks.<\/p>\n

His other artist collaborations include Pink Pantheress, Loyle Carner, Justin Bieber, Maverick Sabre, Slowthai, Teezo Touchdown, Bakar, Celeste and Biig Piig, as well as emerging artist Tendai.<\/p>\n

In addition, Nahome’s music has driven major sync placements for campaigns with Apple, Calvin Klein, \u00c9t\u00e9 de Chanel, Lexus, EA Sports, Beats, Zillow, Flannels and Burberry.<\/p>\n

London-based independent NWS was founded by former Capitol Records UK president Nick Raphael<\/a>, ex-Warner Music UK chief and Good Soldier Songs founder Christian Tattersfield and Ministry of Sound Publishing co-founder Ben Bodie in 2022.<\/p>\n

Last year’s Music Business UK Awards also recognised UMPG’s Chairman and CEO Jody Gerson<\/a>, who received the International Executive of the Year<\/a> honour.<\/p>\n
