Cris Lacy has been appointed Chair and President of the newly rebranded Warner Records Nashville (formerly Warner Music Nashville).<\/p>\n
Lacy reports to Warner Records Group CEO & Co-Chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck,<\/strong> and COO & Co-Chairman Tom Corson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Former\u00a0Warner<\/span>\u00a0Music Nashville Co-Chair & Co-President Gregg Nadel will be taking on a new leadership role within\u00a0Warner<\/span> Music Group.\u00a0The company said details about Nadel\u2019s new role will be announced shortly.<\/p>\n The press release announcing the news described the move in Nashville as the latest “in the expansion of the Warner Records Group”. It said that Lacy\u2019s appointment comes as the “company continues to build a unified global structure that crosses genres and geographies”.<\/p>\n The announcement added that “with the establishment of Warner<\/span>\u00a0Records<\/span>\u00a0Nashville, the label\u2019s activities will\u00a0be more closely aligned\u00a0with the\u00a0Warner<\/span>\u00a0Records<\/span> Group team to support and ignite country music\u2019s cultural resonance and global potential.”<\/p>\n WMG said that Warner Records Nashville has been part of Warner Records Group since September 2024, alongside Warner Records US and Warner Records UK.<\/p>\n The Nashville company\u2019s roster includes Zach Bryan<\/strong>, Cody Johnson<\/strong>, Ashley McBryde<\/strong>, Kenny Chesney<\/strong>, Dan + Shay<\/strong>, Bailey Zimmerman<\/strong>, Dasha<\/strong>, Cole Swindell<\/strong>, Gabby Barrett<\/strong>, Hudson Westbrook<\/strong>, Ingrid Andress<\/strong>, Randy Travis<\/strong>, and Warren Zeiders<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n Lacy, a 20-year veteran of Warner Music Nashville\u2019s operations, was first appointed<\/a> Co-President in 2022 alongside Ben Kline<\/strong>, who stepped down in 2024 and was succeeded<\/a> by Gregg Nadel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n (Kline and Lacy\u00a0succeeded<\/a> John \u201cEspo\u201d Esposito, who\u00a0exited<\/a> Warner Music Nashville in April 2023 after 14 years as the company\u2019s leader)<\/p>\n WMG has also unveiled a new logo for Warner Records Nashville, one that\u2019s in keeping with the Warner Records logo unveiled in 2019.<\/p>\n “This is an exciting next step as we continue to forge a global ecosystem that amplifies our competitive edge and impact for our artists.\u201d<\/p>\n Aaron Bay-Schuck and Tom Corson, Warner Records Group<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n \u201cThis rebrand marks an exciting new era for our flagship Nashville label \u2013 one that builds on everything that already makes it so special, guided by Cris\u2019 extraordinary leadership,\u201d Aaron Bay-Schuck and Tom Corson said in a joint statement.<\/p>\n \u201cHer passion, vision, and unwavering respect for artistry define the label\u2019s spirit and have earned the trust of the Nashville community.
